Drop-in session (1 session) - $27

One on one training sessions. Programs designed to your specific needs.



ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
I will create workout programs for clients that can't train with me in person, or need extra workouts for their weekly routine through Trainerize!

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
As a USAW Certified Sports Proformance Coach I will teach the progressions of both the snatch and the clean and jerk lifts. Also proper form and technique along with lifting complexes to increase lifts.



WEIGHT LOSS

I will design a program to promote weight loss and increase your cardio respitory fitness.


SPORTS CONDITIONING
Whether you're at the highschool or collegiate level, I can help you reach your full athletic potential. Workouts will consist of high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength coaching and conditioning. Also I will work on balance, agility drills and flexibility.



STRENGTH COACHING
If you are looking to increase your max or just become stronger I can help you!
Workouts will consist of circuit training, super sets, training to failure, drop sets, static holds and tabata intervals.
