W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer and USAW Certified Sports Performance Coach. I believe through hardwork and dedication goals can be achieved. I fell in love with fitness at a young age. I played multiple sports in grade school and high school. I was the district 6 champion for pole vault in track & field. I was named the womens champion in the Kurt Angle worlds strongest teen challenge. I took first place in the 2015 Pittsburgh Open 69kg womens novice division and first place again in th PA State Weightlifting Championships. I currently compete as a USA Olympic weightlifter, and also train in CrossFit. I decided to become a personal trainer because I love to workout, push my limits and help people.
